| Visa Information INTERCULTURAL CONSULTING SERVICE - has been appointed by the organizer to help foreign WFC10 participants who need a visa by issuing official invitations, and assisting with visa applications. Please note that a small handling fee will be charged for visa handling services. In case a visa is required and you want "International Consulting Service" to handle your application it is strongly recommended to send the necessairy documents well in advance. In some countries visas are only issued if the necessairy documents are at the embassy/consulate several weeks before the departure. After sending your visa application to "International Consulting Service" by fax or e-mail please allow a week for their answer. Upon receipt of your instructions "International Consulting Service" prepares the invitation and supporting documents and, at the same time, send you an invoice by fax. As soon as payment is received from you, we despatch the invitation both to you and to the Embassy/Consulate by fax. We then send you the originals by courier. The payment can be made via bank transfer or cheque. Please note that "International Consulting Service" can only proceed with your request when the pro-forma invoice has been paid.
